Trust and verification

Owner-submitted means the listing came through an owner account. It does not by itself prove legal ownership.

Owner identity verified means the platform completed its identity process. It does not prove ownership of a specific property.

Ownership documents reviewed means authorized reviewers inspected the submitted evidence. It is not a government title guarantee, and it does not prove a property is free of disputes, liens or boundary disagreements.

Agent authorization reviewed is separate from both. An agent listing stays agent-listed even if the owner later joins the conversation.
